Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Friendly service

I have all my pets insured with Bought By Many. I have always had continuous contact by them through messages and emails whenever I have to submit my claims. They have shown compassion and understanding when I recently lost my fourteen year old dog. The service was efficient cosidering we were dealing with a lock down and pandemic and was reassuring to know there was someone to speak to on the telephone regarding my claim. Great insurance!

I have had Pet insurance wIth Bought by Many for a couple of years now sadly having to claim early on for loss of our puppy. They were so kind and supportive & settled bills very fast!
