When searching for first time pet insurance brought to many was informative and easy to follow with reasonable options to select from. Every month I get an email as reminder of how much my plan is with extra information provided. Highly recommended by vet professionals, friends and family. Easy to use application and fair prices. Fantastic service and value for money

Very reasonable premiums with e crllent cover. I even got money back as I didn't claim. Regular updates but not imposingly so. We are planning on getting a dog next year as well as our cats and won't be going anywhere else to insure our pup. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great insurance, straightforward to claim

We insured our new rescue cat, so we didn't have a precise age for her, but she's still young. The application was still really easy, and the explanation of the policy straightforward. We opted for a for-life plan. We get a reimbursement for every policy year that we don't need to claim, which is great compensation while she's young and fit and unlikely to have problems requiring the vet. The claims process is really straightforward and online. You can do a direct claim, you just log in and give them the details, any invoices you have, and they talk directly with the vet. There has also always been online consultations- great cover during COVID. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We recently had to make a claim with bought by many, something all pet owners hope they will never have to do. Unfortunately our Labrador decided it was a good idea to swallow a stone. Bought By Many where amazing we really didn’t have to do anything at all they dealt with the whole thing and we are updated the whole time. Fantastic all round. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Many insurance companies just want your money and that’s it. Bought by many care about yourself and take pride in what they do. They keep in contact via email and don’t just forget about you when they start getting your money. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Paid up my claim in full and kept me informed at all times

It was a bit complicated during lockdown as my dog became really ill needing ultrasound etc. He’d been looked after previously by a vet from the kennels he came from so Bought By Many had to contact them before approving the claim.
