Fantastic customer care

Our dog was very ill a few months ago, had gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and was an awful experience for him and ourselves . Bought by many were absolutely fantastic in their handling of the claim we had to make, we were constantly updated throughout, and the claim was settled without fuss or drama, exactly what we needed in such a traumatic time. By far the best pet insurance company I have used for my dogs! Their customer service is second to none and are very knowledgable and helpfully. They pay out claims direct to my vet and pay very quickly once claim approved. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have been talking to lots of people about Bought by Many

When we first came accross Bought by Many, we were hesitant as we had never heard about this particular insurance. Like everyone else, we checked their reviews and were pretty impressed by the price they quoted for our tiny pup. Since being with this company we have been pleasantly surprised because they communicate when they are about to charge the monthly payment, give you pretty handy tips about looking after your pet and even offer discounts on pet trainers and so on.. No other insurance has done that for us. We really wish more companies would follow these good practices. Thank you for reading Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We have been with Bought by many for a few months now and have been ever so happy with the service we have received. Superior Pet Insurance

I have 2 Great Danes and by far the policy I have is the cheapest but also the best for the value for my dogs. Lifetime cover and a healthy £15000 a year pot cannot be bettered. Outstanding value. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
