Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Wow! Amazing lifetime cover and at half the price.

My 5 year old dog has been insured since a puppy with one of the well known Pet Insurers. I looked around to compare prices and found that Bought By Many is half the price with much more lifetime cover. It was incredibly easy to change over and they even changed my start date so I would not be paying twice that month. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Wonderful, efficient and kind

Never had any trouble with getting the payments from BBM after my elderly dog has had ongoing treatment for cushing's syndrome. The call centre people have always been super kind and helpful. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
