Since taking out our policy in 2018 we’ve had a few claims which have always been dealt with in a very professional manner. Have recommended Bought By Many to several dog walkers who have been just as pleased as we are. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Help was there when I needed it most.

As a new customer my young dog had an unexpected stroke. Through all the anxiety and stress this coursed Bought by Many were there to help my pup get the the treatment he needed, simply and with help from their compassionate and caring team. Been with them 3 years now always been there for us have been so helpfull in my first year when things went wrong for one of my dogs was excellent services and fast the last 2 years have gone well and still helpfull and excellent fast service renew was easy and still good value keep up the good work here to many more years of good service and hopefully good prices i recommeded 100% Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Wow! Amazing lifetime cover and at half the price.

My 5 year old dog has been insured since a puppy with one of the well known Pet Insurers. I looked around to compare prices and found that Bought By Many is half the price with much more lifetime cover. It was incredibly easy to change over and they even changed my start date so I would not be paying twice that month. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
