I use bought by many for my two dogs and my cat. When Oakley was hit by a bike last year vet bills soon began to spiral but bought by many took the stress of paying for his vet bills away. It was so quick and easy and the money was in my account within a matter of days. So happy I chose them to insure my fur babies. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Bought by many.... saved me a fortune

Rescued a 5 year old Dalmatian last year and went with my usual insurance company who charged me a fortune for the monthly premium plus £115 excess. They then put up the yearly cost by £300 and Bingo had never had any vet treatment. I know Dallys can have health issues including stones meaning they need a low purine diet but that was a bit much and was only £10000 worth of cover. I fell upon Bought by Many who offered £15000 worth of cover including dental if the dog has regular dental check ups for £59 / month and only £65 excess. Absolutely brilliant. Haven’t had to make a claim yet but all good so far and They offered a free doggy first aid course during lockdown❤️ Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

So helpful. Cost effective. I was over the moon when I spoke to a operator who explained everything about the policy. Which I felt here is a good policy that covers my Dog for everything I need and is cost effective. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My dog Billy had been very unwell and was referred to Dick White Referrels . . Bought by Many were extremely helpful, caring, and bills were paid promptly. In fact everything you could hope for was dealt with so you could concentrate in your beloved pet. An extremely approachable, friendly and efficient company. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Pet insurance is such a lucrative business. Teaser rates lure customers in then along come the exclusions and the definitions and the play on words from their underwriters. It doesn't seem to be the case with this company, just straight talking and honest. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

It's not the cheapest insurance around but you get what you pay for. I was recommended to purchase Bought By Many when we got our puppy and I'm very glad I did. The insurance came in useful when he got a grass seed that went under the skin and he needed to see the out of hours vet. Despite having to get information from the out of hours vet and our usual vet the claim was resolved within a few weeks and we were kept updated by email and text every step of the way. Recently my renewal came through cheaper than what I paid last year. I called them to query what had changed and assumed my policy or excess had been changed but no, exactly the same product but the cost has gone down! I've never had an insurance just go down for no reason but it's a very welcome change. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
