I’ve had dogs for 20 years - always been with the same insurer and was nervous about trying BBM as I was keen to ensure my dogs were looked after. BBM have been amazing and I recommend them to everyone. Fast and easy claim process. No quibble. Far cheaper and more comprehensive cover than my previous insurer. They even wrote to me after the second year to tell my my premiums were reducing that year as my dog’s age fell into a lower risk category. I didn’t expect that but was delighted. My dog will be 2 in November and she has had problems with her skin pretty much since i got her at 8 weeks old. She has quite severe allergies and receives monthly treatment from my vet. Every single time I claim it is resolved within a week. The policy is a great price, their service is absolutely marvellous and they are always very helpful and supportive when I have to speak to them. They make what can be a challenging time very straight forward and easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Have had the insurance now two years as purchased when our dog was a puppy. She's had the regular vet visits + an unfortunate two visits due to a blade of grass getting stuck behind her eyeball. Bought by Many was very easy to work with to file the claim and clearly wanted to help. Their customer service was very kind and helpful in explaining the steps for how to file the claim and what the vet would need (including the follow up paperwork) Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Love the ease and quality of service! I have a dog with a condition we are still trying to get under control and is requiring a lot of attention from vets yet I have had no issues and great experiences every time I call. We are back to the vets on Monday for another referral to a specialist and it’s all sorted already!!! Love love love this company! Dog lovers and it shows!! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fabulous pet insurance for a first time dog owner

I was lost in choosing an insurance policy when buying a puppy. I first took on a policy with bought by many after seeing so many people give heart felt recommendations and I have been so pleased with it, now that my dog has turned one my insurance policy has actually gone down! Staff are very helpful and it is so easy to submit an insurance claim - you just submit a receipt and they liase with your vets, easy! Thanks BBM! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Bought by many is so much cheaper than other pet insurance providers I've looked at. When you have to make a claim they take care of everything and contact the vet on your behalf. They also keep you fully informed all the way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We unfortunately had to submit a complicated claim last year, Bbm were helpful & paid the bills with no problems. Despite making a claim last year this year’s insurance has been reduced. I recommend them to my friend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
