I phoned up to clarify details about working dog insurance. I got through promptly, spoke to a helpful member of staff with good information and set up the insurance easily. The price is as good as any other insurance company for a similar policy and has since become cheaper. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

My dog had an illness and was rushed to the vet hospital, the vets were unable to pinpoint the problem and she kept having to go back in, I was being charged each time. Thrilled by the ease of the claims process and the result!

I had a fairly complex claim that most insurance companies would’ve never accepted as it could’ve been argued to be preventative treatment. Bought By Many handled it on a case by case basis and understood that this was not a typical claim. I received my settlement without having to lift a finger.
