Great systems and customer support

It was sooo easy to get a quote for my 3 furbabies. It's usually an onerous job sorting it out. I also liked the fact there were different options presented so that you can easily see what works best for you. I made a mistake (putting my dogs age at 23!) but that was sorted out really quickly and easily by the customer service team. I also like the fact that the claim amounts are larger than many other policies around. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Claim dealt with very quickly and professionally

My dog had a blocked bowel. I rang bought by many straight away and as I hadn't claimed on any insurance my whole 71 yr life I was treated with respect and they explained the procedure simply to me.
