Our cocker pup had eight weeks of sickness just before lock down. We made a claim which was straightforward and we were returned our allowed portion of vet fees promptly. All the while we got chatty texts and emails updating us to what stage our claim was at. Brilliant. I’d even say exceptional . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

It was sooo easy to get a quote for my 3 furbabies. It's usually an onerous job sorting it out. I also liked the fact there were different options presented so that you can easily see what works best for you. I made a mistake (putting my dogs age at 23!) but that was sorted out really quickly and easily by the customer service team. I also like the fact that the claim amounts are larger than many other policies around. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
