Great customer service and quick to settle claims

We unexpectedly had to claim when our dog developed sepsis. We were fortunate to have such a comprehensive cover that meant we could afford her care at the specialist vets, it wasn’t cheap! Brought by many Staff were really friendly and helpful, our claim has been settled very quickly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Quality insurance

We still haven't had the chance to use the insurance (thankfully), but our policy really covers everything we can think of. The price is more than friendly and the customer support is exceptional! I truly recommend Bought By Many if you want to be in safe hands. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent professional speedy service

I submitted the online claim form very easily (very few questions asked). I was immediately notified my claim had been received by the Claims Team and they would keep my up to date on the process. They kept me posted and within one week my claim was settled and paid into my bank account. I have never had such an easy, professional, first class service by an insurance company so I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free claim. Thank you. A great service for a great price.

I have a bulldog (££££) they are allergic to life! They insurance can go through the roof. Bought by Many will never off lee a new customer a better ‘deal’ than they are prepared to offer an existing customer. I really admire that level of commitment to their customers. The best insurance company ever!

The customer service is second to none. All my phone calls have been answered within 5 minutes. My Payouts to my vets have all been sorted within 3 weeks of initial claim. Cannot recommend this insurance company enough for pets. I would not go with anyone else now! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
