First time buying pet insurance and having a good experience so far.

The process of selecting a plan was clear and helpful. Good value compared to some other insurance companies. Best thing about Bought By Many is the email service. They provided a free vet service over the phone which was assuring and helpful. They have also given me the opportunity to take a dog first aid course for free. So far had a very good experience. A real breath of fresh air compared to previous insurance companies. The sign-up process was easy and the language was clear and friendly. We've found their costs extremely competitive and the perks (such as live-chat with a qualified vet) are very welcome.
