I have claimed twice and on each occasion the service was fast and I was kept regularly updated. The first vet app. Is really reassuring to have, just knowing that you can speak to a vet if you are worried. I have already recommended BBM to friends and family. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Amazing! Good value and good coverage.

Already made use of the free video vet (which doesn't count towards your yearly vets maximum). Really good coverage compared to competitors and realy good value as well. Definitley recommend to family/friends. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The process of selecting a plan was clear and helpful. Good value compared to some other insurance companies. Best thing about Bought By Many is the email service. They provided a free vet service over the phone which was assuring and helpful. They have also given me the opportunity to take a dog first aid course for free. So far had a very good experience.
