A real breath of fresh air compared to previous insurance companies. The sign-up process was easy and the language was clear and friendly. We've found their costs extremely competitive and the perks (such as live-chat with a qualified vet) are very welcome. This is good pet insurance. Their policies are clear as to what is and isn’t covered (there will always be exceptions of course). I was able to easily choose a policy that was right for my budget and pets circumstances. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
