When our vet asked who we were with and we sàid Bought by many, she smiled and said that all would be fine as they were a reputable company. So simple to make a claim, my 9 month old Labrador has hip displaysia and from diagnosis to her hip replacement it's been a matter of weeks, the vets are paying bought by Many directly so takes all the stress out of claiming.
