Haven’t had insurance for long. Free 24/7 virtual vet calls is amazing, have used this once & gave me such peace of mind. Haven’t made any claims so unsure how easy the process is or what the customer experience is. The insurance covers quite a lot & has a high coverage amount too which is why it stood out for others. The dental coverage is why I chose this too as loads of other insurance doesn’t have any coverage. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
