Fantastic service, price and product

I shopped around before engaging Bought by Many. This company came in as a good choice because the cover and price was first class. What's more, upon renewal, despite a few claims the price actually came down! Making a claim is simple. They do all the leg work for you and keep you informed along the journey to the final payment. Speaking of which, the payment was prompt and well explained. If I raise a query they deal with it very quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Bought by Many. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Haven’t had insurance for long. Free 24/7 virtual vet calls is amazing, have used this once & gave me such peace of mind. Haven’t made any claims so unsure how easy the process is or what the customer experience is. The insurance covers quite a lot & has a high coverage amount too which is why it stood out for others. The dental coverage is why I chose this too as loads of other insurance doesn’t have any coverage. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
