Good all round experience, helpful friendly staff, and double the cover for the same price as other insurers. Also didn’t exclude a long ago broken leg as there’d been no treatment for over 6 years. No huge price hike at renewal either. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

This is the best insurance I could find for my dogs that was also a reasonable price. I didn’t want to compromise my dogs health so wanted to make sure I got a really good insurance for them but also couldn’t afford to pay ridiculous amounts for it. There are lots of options with BBM and extremely good prices especially for lifetime cover. Extra touches such as free video calls with a vet are really good. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Bought by many and understandably so they are quick to respond and always very helpful. When your worried about your dogs health the last thing you want is to stress about getting in contact with your insurance provider. Bought by many are just there. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

No quibble payments when my dog was ill

clear wording about what and what is not included. plenty of options for all types of pets. great offers provide for members, such as discounts on on line dog/puppy training when we bought. highly recommended. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
