I have recently just joined Bought By many Pet Insurance and did not expect that my pet would need medical attention so early into the beginning of my new policy. However, The BBM policy that I took out enabled me to book an online vet consultation via the Firstvet app on my phone before any further investigations were necessary by my registered vet .Unfortunately, I have had to make a claim and have found the online claim procedure very informative and keeps me updated every step of the way. So far a very stress free experience and would highly recommend Bought By Many Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Setting up insurance with Bought by Many was so easy and the different programmes available were really clear and comprehensive. They were recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others. There are so many different plans out there on the market but this one is a little bit special. I’ve not had to make a claim but this insurance provides me with 24/7 cover, 10% premium back if I don’t make a claim and excess is reasonable. Compared to similar deals this one stands out as the best. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best pet Insurance company around

An amazing insurance company. Friendly, compassionate and very reasonable. The FristVet video feature is a fantastic feature and will save you money on vet consultations. Amazing Cover

Our labrador got seriously ill and Bought By Many were really sympathetic they paid the vet direct and apart from paying the excess, we didn't have to worry. Our lab recovered in time and having reliable insurance is really important and helped us concentrate on my lovely girly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
