Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Affordable pet insurance

Easy to sort insurance

Only had my policy for our two dogs for one year, but when looking king around, it had good reviews so I went with it. Fortunately not had any need to call on it, so unable to comment on the claims process, but should it be needed, it will hopefully live up to its promises. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Very impressive

When I got my kittens I spend months (on and off) looking around for decent insurance for both of them. Most companies are very confusing and it’s not very clear what is sufficient or good policy. I found BBM to be so clear and easy. They are open about what you are and are not covered for how much are what it all means. The claims process was simple too. I am very impressed. Great deal.
