Best coverage, easiest claims, amazing customer service

I have insured both a dog and two cats with bought by many and the level of coverage is the best I have ever seen. The value for money is excellent, with low excesses. The claims process is incredibly easy. I recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have unfortunately had to claim for one of my cats and Bought by Many were really helpful and the money was repaid to me with in a few days. I can’t comment how their service is if I made a claim as I’ve been lucky enough not to have used this part of the service. If it is anything like the rest I will be very happy, very easy to set up, coverage excels for the cost, highly competitive and covers almost everything required giving peace of mind should anything happen, and lots of options to suit most people’s needs so far impressed and been with them for 3 years Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

After 12 months of being insured with Tesco's top of the range pet insurance policy (not cheap!) and making NO claims, they still saw fit to raise my premium by over £100 pa! The "Bought by many" policy was less than half the price and still gives top levels of cover. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The pet insurance to choose!

Having heard lots of horror stories about insurance companies that will do anything to get out of paying, I wanted to make sure I chose the best one for my puppy. I had read countless positive reviews about BBM and decided they were the winning option when it came to pet insurance. We have now made several thousands of pounds worth of claims which have all been settled and within the estimated timeframe. BBM will also work directly with the vets which means you aren't out of pocket for any period of time. This benefit was crucial for us when we had a bill for £2100! The other amazing thing about them is that, unlike most insurers, you pay the excess once PER YEAR and not once per claim or condition. I couldn't recommend them enough and regularly promote them to friends and family with pets of their own. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
