Quick, efficient and easy

For the first time in my dogs life (6yrs) I had to make a claim on his insurance. I was nervous to start as I have heard horror stories with companies not paying. But I can honestly say bought by many were absolutely fantastic! I made my claim online. They kept me updated, contacted my vet directly and within 2 weeks the claim was paid and settled directly with the vets. I didn't have to get involved at all. With the bust life I lead this was fantastic. I normally shop around each yr but I have been so impressed with this company I will definitely be renewing with them next yr. I have had BBM pet insurance for Two years and unfortunately in the first year I had A very sick dog. The claim was handled efficiently and could not have been made any easier for me.
