I have had BBM pet insurance for Two years and unfortunately in the first year I had A very sick dog. The claim was handled efficiently and could not have been made any easier for me. Easy to deal with, great customer service

Dealt with my claim very quickly, even though it was a complex case, got all the necessary support and guidance I needed. There was no compromise or complications due to covid 19. Very pleasant staff. Extremely good customer service. Are offering various deals for their customers. I am currently doing online canine first aid course thanks to Bought By Many. I've yet to claim (thankfully), but so far my experience has been nothing but positive. Simple and quick to set up, access to free and unlimited vet consultations and most importantly for me; cover for my girls first litter.
