Excellent Service

I’ve been with BBM for just over a year. I switched my 2 cats to them when I got my puppy. Unfortunately the pup was diagnosed with kidney disease and so requires frequent trips to the vet. BBM have always made claiming on the policy so easy and their staff have always been very helpful and professional. I’m always the first to recommend them if anyone asks! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great company for insurance

I would highly recommend Bought By Many. Our little puppy, Syrah, was only a few months old and we hadn't long taken out insurance. She had to have a leg operation and the company paid out insurance without hesitation. It took a lot of worry and stress from our minds. There when I need them

We have used them since Frankie was born 3 years ago and unfortunately had need to claim twice on the policy in the second year The claim was dealt with promptly and no quibble and whilst we expected an increase in premium the following year it wasn’t ridiculous. When we got our puppy, we shopped around for a while, and so happy we found bought by many, affordable insurance with links to online vet calls completely free l!!! and now they have introduced dog sitting/ walking services to us. Can’t recommend this company enough! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Quick, efficient and easy

For the first time in my dogs life (6yrs) I had to make a claim on his insurance. I was nervous to start as I have heard horror stories with companies not paying. But I can honestly say bought by many were absolutely fantastic! I made my claim online. They kept me updated, contacted my vet directly and within 2 weeks the claim was paid and settled directly with the vets. I didn't have to get involved at all. With the bust life I lead this was fantastic. I normally shop around each yr but I have been so impressed with this company I will definitely be renewing with them next yr.
