Always helpful and reliable

I have a 65+ kg dog and cost for vet bills always substantial. So it was decided to have insurance that would cover him up to £15,000. It was very easy to put claim for all vet bills that I have payed and other were payed directly to my vet hustle free. Easy to take out

When we got our first DogBought by many was recommended to us by another Dog Owner who has been fairly unlucky with her 3 dogs over the past year.and has lost one and one had several operations. Simply The Best

I looked around at several insurance companies and this was the best by a country mile. It gives me the cover I required and everything is so straight forward and the agents you deal with are always really friendly and efficient. Also Bought By Many set us up with a link to contact a vet if we had any concerns which was totally free also a First Aid Course for animals again this was free. Brilliant provider and excellent service

Having had to make a claim within the 1st year of policy I was delighted with the service and turnaround time. Unsure how to register to claim I telephoned BBM and they were extremely helpful, I even had to raise a continuation claim and again they were very helpful. I was even more surprised that when my renewal came around that the price hadn't doubled, only went up by a few pounds! I tell everyone about BBM and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere to insure my dog. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great value for money and great policies available

bought by many are the cheapest and best policy providers available for our 2 spaniels. The cashback policy is a rare treat for consumers who don't need to claim for their pets over the year and our premium didn't jump through the roof after the 1st year. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great company.

A brilliant insurance company, I received great prices for both of my two dogs. The online video consultation is a great idea and gave me really good advice, which saved me a lot of money for not having to go to the emergency vets! What you get for your money is fantastic!

I am always apprehensive to buy pet insurance from a company that isn't a household name, but after a lot of research and comparisons I opted for Bought By Many. The value for money is exceptional and the hundreds of positive reviews really does speak volumes! I will only ever use them from now onwards, and have already recommended them to many people!
