I have had to make several claims and they have been very helpful, fast, professional and offered a great service. I thought after claiming the next years renewal would be sky high but it wasn’t. Vet claimed and they paid directly to them. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Our dog (very active Springer Spaniel) has had a number of 'incidents' and therefore I have had to claim on a number of occasions. Each time that I made a claim I was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, I have never had any cause to complain and all monetary reimbursement was prompt. Fair price, great service and good coverage

Just a few weeks into having our new bengal kittens one required emergency surgery. Even with the restrictions and issues of lockdown BBM were supportive, clear on the process and paid out in decent time. Policy and interface are thought through and have already recommended to family as they have proven to be a friendly and professional face for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
