Excellent insurance

Very professional company, settled payments promptly

I have had to make several claims and they have been very helpful, fast, professional and offered a great service. I thought after claiming the next years renewal would be sky high but it wasn’t. Vet claimed and they paid directly to them. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Never been happier with an insurance

Good customer service

My first claim

I was a bit apprehensive when it came to putting in my first claim, I found the whole experience very easy and the girl on the end of the phone was so helpful ,and made the whole upsetting experience claiming for my pet dog easy. I would recommend bought by many . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Customer of Bought By Many Insurance

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Our dog (very active Springer Spaniel) has had a number of 'incidents' and therefore I have had to claim on a number of occasions. Each time that I made a claim I was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, I have never had any cause to complain and all monetary reimbursement was prompt.
