No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Never been happier with an insurance

Good customer service

My first claim

I was a bit apprehensive when it came to putting in my first claim, I found the whole experience very easy and the girl on the end of the phone was so helpful ,and made the whole upsetting experience claiming for my pet dog easy. I would recommend bought by many . Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Customer of Bought By Many Insurance

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Our dog (very active Springer Spaniel) has had a number of 'incidents' and therefore I have had to claim on a number of occasions. Each time that I made a claim I was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, I have never had any cause to complain and all monetary reimbursement was prompt. Fair price, great service and good coverage

Just a few weeks into having our new bengal kittens one required emergency surgery. Even with the restrictions and issues of lockdown BBM were supportive, clear on the process and paid out in decent time. Great value, great service

It is the easiest company to deal with , no faffing around !
