BBM. They beat my renewal with Morethan by around £200 a year for my two spaniels and the cover was far better. First time I claimed for a suspicious lump on Doug my 7 year old Sprocker the process was so easy it's untrue. And even better they paid out very quickly and settled with my vet direct. Absolutely brilliant, the proof in the pudding is always when you need to claim with any insurance the BBM team were brilliant. I would not hesitate in recommending these guys... I have been with Bought by Many since I got my kittens just over 3 years ago. In that time, I have needed to make one claim, and was totally impressed by everything about the service I received from them. Their customer service is second to none, personal, quick and comprehensive, and settlement of the vet's bill was seamless. Our new pup had D&V and we were worried. One quick call to BBM bet service with a lovely qualified vet and we had sound advice and our pup is better! This saved a trip to the vets distressing our pup and saved us money. Thanks BBM! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We bought insurance for our cats for the first time last year and unfortunately 6 months later one of our cats were hit by a car. There was nothing we could do to save our cat but bought by many were so comforting and helpful with dealing with the dealing of cremation costs and helping us through a really tough time! Great customer service when l originally was looking for a policy for my puppy. The Advisor took time to explain and go through all my queries so much so that l didn't hesitate to purchase. You want the best affordable cover for your cherished pet and l think l have it with Bought By Many - a policy that l wont worry about - 5 stars!! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
