When my dog Maisie had a problem recently our visit to the vets ended up being referred to a specialist Centre. Evrything was so easy - the online claim for it all through to the final settlement. We were kept informed all the way and it was all settled quickly. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

I had to make a claim this year for my dog. The service I received was first class. They kept me informed about the status of my claim and settled my vet very quickly for his services. The lovely part came a few weeks after my dog had been signed off by the Surgeon when I received an email asking if he had made a full recovery and wishing him well for the future. BBM are a company that I would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

I have had a great experience with Bought By Many. I have been with them for my pet insurance for under a year, but have recently moved to a multi pet policy. The customer service which I received on the phone was friendly and professional and I have recommended the service to friends since. The website is modern and easy to use also. I have not made a claim (hopefully I won't have to either!) but I am confident that if I did, it would be handled in the same professional and personal manner. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
