Bought By Many Review

I have had a great experience with Bought By Many. I have been with them for my pet insurance for under a year, but have recently moved to a multi pet policy. The customer service which I received on the phone was friendly and professional and I have recommended the service to friends since. The website is modern and easy to use also. I have not made a claim (hopefully I won't have to either!) but I am confident that if I did, it would be handled in the same professional and personal manner. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Easy to use and great price

Friendly and competitive rate

Having lost a very dear pet, Bought By Many were very good in paying for all the treatment. This included having my beloved cat put to sleep and they covered much of the payment towards her cremation and ashes. The team sent me a card sending their condolences which I have never had from any other pet insurance company. A kind, supportive and compassionate team offering an excellent level of cover at a very competitive price. I have recommended them to all my friends some of whom I know have already contacted them. Great insurance

This is the first insurance company I have come across that pay out for pre-existing illnesses, and after a period of time treat them as a new illness. This is great as my cat has had a problem in the past but has been absolutely fine for a couple of years now, but If it were to reoccur he would be covered. Bought by many has made insurance easy! We have pet insurance with Bought By Many and it's so simple! There are no forms that take ages to fill out, just give them a call and they do the rest for you while you can put your feet up knowing they are doing all the hard work.
