Better cover at a lower cost

What’s not to like about getting better cover (existing conditions covered) for my dog, and it costing me less than my previous insurer, (a very well known pet insurer that rhymes with vet clan) who were becoming way to expensive and wouldn’t cover a pre existing conditions even though it was more than 3 years since my dog had been treated. Overall Bought by many have offered the best and fastest service I have found in a pet insurance company. They were able to answer questions promptly on their online chat portal when I was looking at cover and have the best cover available by far. They were also very simple to use when I had to submit a claim for my rescue Rottweiler. Everything was completed quickly online with just a few basic details and they then dealt with the vets. No complications and they paid my vet directly. Overall a fantastic service and product that I would recommend to everyone. Far and above all other providers Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
