Absolutely fantastic service

My puppy Luci has 3 parasites and the insurance covered everything. I felt awful Claiming as I had t even paid my 1st direct debit. Right from the live chat right theuntonthe claims team the service has been world class. My little dog is now back to perfect health and she has been warned I want to make no more claims lol!! Very Competative for our 2 Cocker Spaniels

Choices, friendly and efficient customer service

Great range of cover options , better than anywhere else I’ve looked. Friendly helpful staff answer the phone promptly, seems small enough to work well! Better Than Most
