Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Alfie my Special boy

My dog Alfie was diagnosed with a rare disease, Manypets were amazing, helpful and friendly throughout the difficult distressing time. Every test and scan was carried out but sadly there was damage to his brain and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Manypets were there for us all the way through, their customer service were second to none, all claims were handled quickly and efficiently with prompt payments always made. I was so grateful that i had chosen Manypets to insure Alfie it certainly helped having the knowledge that i could have all the treatment and tests necessary even though we still lost him. Dixie had to have treatment for a ? Tummy bug .

Dixie had to have treatment for a ? tummy bug at our vets , she had all her investigations, I had to pay the amount stated then the rest of the bill was paid by Many Pets without any problems whatsoever, all the vet needed was the account number. Worth paying the extra money for

Nothing has been too much! They have been great at covering our dogs vets bills. Whether directly to us or to Verona practice, it has always been a relatively smooth process! Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Awesome company

This company can't do enough to make their customers happy. The claims process is super easy and should you have a problem the staff are only too happy to help. As for the staff, a phone call is also very easy and the peeps at ManyPets are very friendly and informative too. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
