I lost my dog suddenly, i contacted BBM via Facebook as I was too upset to chat on the phone, from the word go they where extremely helpful, understanding and extremely professional. I didn't realise with my cover I had farewell cover which they dealt with for me and I ended up getting the Maximum farewell cover to help towards my boys final farewell. I would Highly recommend, 5 ⭐ star service including a lovely "sorry for your lost" card signed from the team, what a lovely thoughtful touch. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

So far I grel very lucky I chosed bought by many !

I researched a long time before buy a pet insurance, it was really exaustive . After one week comparing deals I got the 3 best ones and chosed random among them. I was a bit suspicious because the insurance is relatively new, but now I have no doubt I did the right choice. They are very quick to respond and even deal directly with the Vet . So far I have only had to put in one claim but the matter was dealt with very efficiently and with very little stress involved on my part. Insured By Many dealt directly with my vet and the matter was settled seamlessly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
