Beyond Expectations

Having rescued two dogs from a Romanian shelter (we also have another English rescue) I wanted to ensure that we had the very best pet insurance in place. Having been a lawyer (and therefore very pedantic) I extensively researched the pet insurance market and found that in terms of value for money, level of cover and customer satisfaction, Bought By Many were consistently rated as "Excellent". Setting up the policy was straightforward and the one small query I had was answered in detail and expeditiously. Very sadly, only 7 weeks after arriving from Romania, our beautiful little puppy Daisy contracted a virulent pathogen and died. She spent two days at our vets and then was rushed to a specialist unit, but in spite of everyone's valiant efforts we lost her. She was magical and we were devestated. She had only been insured with Bought By Many for a few weeks, in fact we had only paid one monthly payment, and we had expected the company to try and wriggle out of reimbursement. They were the complete antithesis to what I had expected. They were full of empathy, compassionate and did everything within their power to get the claim settled quickly, even chasing me and the vets/hospital for information when there were small delays. I was worried that they wouldn't reimburse Daisy's adoption and transport fees as we were unable to provide proper invoices but again they took a view that was fair and reasonable and settled all aspects of the claim. In a day of constant frustrations and poor customer service in dealing with organisations, Bought By Many were exceptional. At a time when I was distraught at the loss of this beautiful little life, they made a process I had been dreading as smooth and simple as possible, pro-acting where necessary and always with a warmth and compassion that was greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend this company enough, I don't use the word exceptional lightly, and will always use them to insure our beloved pets. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Great cover, good value

Having extensively researched the many pet insurance policies available, we found Bought by Many to offer the best balance between cover and cost. We particularly like the zero excess option, which is far better than most competitors. Haven't had to claim yet, fortunately, but most reviews suggest we can expect good customer service in that eventuality. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Excellent start for a new-age pet insurer

So far, I would rate Bought by Many a 4/5. The products that they offer are second to none and the customer service team are fantastic. I love that they have options for you to choose the cover specifically for both yours and your pets needs. Whether it be to cover pre-existing medical issues or if you want to fix the premium on a life long policy regardless of illnesses whilst in the current policy which is what I have done. The only reason I haven't given them the final star is purely because I can't change the date in which the payment comes out of my bank. Other than that, they are fantastic. Best Pet Insurance on the market by far!!

Very happy with their innovative "Fixed for Life" cover for my 2 cats' which means my premiums will never go up... no matter what age they achieve! "Bought by Many" have various options of cover to suit all needs, and I can highly recomend their products... combined with their excellent customer service . Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Simple and stress free

Bought by many have completely changed the insurance market for me. With their easy to use interface, it was a breeze to set up. Additionally any subsequent changes I had to make could simply be done online without having to call them, which is standard procedure for most other insurance companies. Their prices are also quite reasonable for the cover they provide, they even have an option to submit claims online. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
