No fuss Service.

We are very happy with our policy. It is not overpriced like may other policies we had been quoted for. Our WCS Luna had to have a minor operation to remove grass seeds from her ear cavity, Bought By Many dealt with the claim fast and efficiently and paid out with no quibbles within two weeks. I love how Bought by Many send monthly email reminders of direct debit amount and date it will be taken. They provide and excellent service and, in my experience, cannot be beaten on price. I can’t ask for more than that. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

I never knew making a claim could be so easy

We have pet insurance with Bought By Many for our dog and thoroughly recommend them. They make it wonderfully simple for you. I had a different insurance carrier for our cat, and the red tape and hoops we had to jump through to make any claim were ridiculous -- it was as if they were hoping to make it so difficult that you wouldn't bother. Bought By Many are the exact opposite. They do everything for you, including contacting your vet for the info they need, and they keep you updated every step of the way. And their prices are extremely competitive; we have excellent coverage for our dog. I can't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Be good to your pet and you

After seeing premiums massively increase as my dog got older each year the time came for me to shop around. I found Bought By Many on my search and not only did the premiums reduce greatly, the mandatory excess was also removed. Within only a week or so my dog, as if wanting to test the new policy, developed a urine infection requiring sample tests and antibiotics which recurred after the initial treatment. A second trip to the vets and further medication saw her cured. Bought By Many were excellent on the phone both times and the vet bill was settled directly. I thoroughly recommend Bought By Many pet insurance both for the cover and the helpfulness of the telephone support/advice. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Saving a fortune

I've been with the same insurer for 11 years and was horrified when they decided to double my premium again this year, being a loyal customer stands for nothing apparently. Any way a friend of mine recommended Boughtbymany and I was delighted that the cover matches and actually improved upon my previous policy and for half the price. Lovely helpful customer service team when I called them and on their online service as well. Have recommended to loads of my friends and family. Please note that my experience so far is only on customer service, sales process and cost as luckily I have had no reason to make a claim as yet. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Bought By Many: So far so good

I was originally with More Than for three years, they done nothing to enhance customer relations, in the end they wanted £103 a month to insure my adorable Labrador. I researched on line and choose Bought by Many, why? Because a) the price and b) what they offered was more than most insurers. My dog is now insured for cruciate ligament problems (please check yours) and for stem cell therapy. I also receive an email every month to advise me when the direct debit is coming out, being a planner this impresses me and is very helpful. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Great affordable pet insurance!

Friendly helpful, no quibbling so far on claims, payed out quickly. I have already recommended Bought By Many and they are happy too! They also have old thyme Bulldog in the dog list and don't class her as just a bulldog who have more health issues, all the rest don't have this bread in the list making her insurance very expensive.
