Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Is it cheaper to take a risk

Expensive, but decent

I know it’s part of the pet insurance business model, but it’s a shame that my renewals increase every year. That’s not really ManyPets’ fault though, and they seem to be well organised and offer good cover. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

My beloved jasper

When my dog jasper had to have two major emergency surgery in spate of two weeks I had to get in contact with ManyPets to help with cost of his operation and his treatment they were brilliant very easy to email send in my insurance claims for vets to be payed leaving emails for them to answer my questions for me they were there to reassure me that my claims were being processed and the vet had being payed Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Excellent!

Thankfully we’ve not had to make any claims with ManyPets for our 3.5month puppy yet, but we have used the 24/7 online vet service, and find the monthly worming/flea/tick boxes very helpful! They also provide lots of useful advice and tips. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

One of the best

In my experience it is one of the best providers for pet insurance. My only issue is that, unlike Petplan, you have to pay out of pocket for costs and wait to be reimbursed by ManyPets as opposed to filing a claim immediately so that the insurance pays direct to the vets Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

No hassles & you get the money back guarantee as promised when you don’t claim anything within 12 months of your policy. Which is great! You also get some discounts & i love that they email me all helpful tips about cats e.g about toxic plants to cats… I have been with Many Pets for few years now & so far I have no problem with them.
