So far so good!

I haven’t been with this insurance for long as I’ve only just changed over as this one was the only pet insurance that seemed to cover my pet properly. But when I’ve had questions they are always fast and efficient. Not to mention that their website and how you claim etc is so much more straight forward. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2018

Insurance easy to buy ,no excess,good choices of insurance,staff on phone very helpful and friendly.i haven’t had to make a claim yet so don’t know how easy that will be,but so far a very pleased with service. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2018

Signing up with Bought by Many was simple and quick, I haven't put a claim in yet, however I am sure they will be helpful. I noticed I receive an email just before my direct debit is going to come out which I think is very helpful. I also noticed the insurance gives me more benefits than my last insurance provider did. Great communication during a very worrying time!

I’ve had a very poorly 1yr old Springer Spaniel who had to have a stay with the RCVS at St Albans after seeing 2 other vets first. All my claims have been handled really efficiently & I was sent emails/texts throughout the process which gave me one less to think about whilst worrying about my poorly pup & his recovery! I moved to Bought by Many, as there policies were easy to understand and good value for money. As I have been lucky enough to never have had to use my insurance over the years I opted for the 'cash back' scheme which suits me fine. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2018
