Value for money

Literally two weeks after I purchased pet Insurance my new puppy had to have a tumor removed that had appeared on his leg. I contacted yourselves and was looked after so well. No quibble or long waiting to be reimbursement in full. So so happy. Reviewed on: 5th August 2018

Never a problem!

I have been with bought by Many since January. During March my cat became unwell and I have had to make a claim. I was anxious about this as I had never claimed for any insurance before. The help and assurance given to me when phiming to claim was fantastic and the staff on the phone are compassionate and helpful. Since my first Calum my cat has needed ongoing treatment and is in and out of hospital. Luckily Bought by Many has a easy system where you can log your claim online or phone if you need to. They will deal directly with the vet and keep you posted. This company is a great one to have on your side to support you in an already stressful situation! Hats off to you bough by many. Super Service

No fuss no worries

I have had to make 2 claims for my 5 month old lhasop apso in as many weeks. It is so simple to claim. Either by phone in office hours. Customer service on phone second to none. Claim online few simple questions then BBM take over the claim by contacting the vet direct and paying them direct. Would not go anywhere else for pet insurance. I don't have excess to pay either. Great cover, great customer service

Both our cats had been diagnosed with a common heart murmur at two years old and, even though they were both well and not on medication, the other insurers wouldn't offer cover for this pre-existing condition. BBM did offer cover and it was really easy to set up. On top of that, when one of our cats died unexpectedly in a nasty accident, not only did they take her off the insurance policy immediately, they sent a lovely email and a handwritten card with their condolences. I also get regular email updates with how much I'm paying per month and a chatty news email. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 4th August 2018

bought by many were very easy to deal with..

when claiming for assistance with my dogs' vet bill they were easy to deal with. The bill was for exploratory tests on his spine which I would not have been able to pay in total. I'm so glad I took out the insurance. Reviewed on: 4th August 2018
