Super Efficient

FANTASTIC !

Excellent insurance company only with them for a month and made a claim for our furbaby operators very sympathetic,friendly well informed paid vet directly very helpful when vet was slow submitting information to insurance company they called the vet directly to obtain information to help settle claim very quickly. Also paid for us to see a specialist vet in Bristol again telephone operators wore extremely kind and caring when we received horrific news of terminal illness of our pet we would never have been able to afford the vets bill without them to find out what was wrong with our beautiful boy many thanks no ordinary insurance company Reviewed on: 6th August 2018

Great service and product choice

Insurance that covers all your needs

Value for money

Literally two weeks after I purchased pet Insurance my new puppy had to have a tumor removed that had appeared on his leg. I contacted yourselves and was looked after so well. No quibble or long waiting to be reimbursement in full. So so happy. Reviewed on: 5th August 2018

Never a problem!

I have been with bought by Many since January. During March my cat became unwell and I have had to make a claim. I was anxious about this as I had never claimed for any insurance before. The help and assurance given to me when phiming to claim was fantastic and the staff on the phone are compassionate and helpful. Since my first Calum my cat has needed ongoing treatment and is in and out of hospital. Luckily Bought by Many has a easy system where you can log your claim online or phone if you need to. They will deal directly with the vet and keep you posted. This company is a great one to have on your side to support you in an already stressful situation! Hats off to you bough by many.
