I had been using Tesco's for years but they put the insurance up to a amount I could no longer afford so I cancelled the policy but I didn't want to leave my little girl without any cover, just as well I found Bought by Many a lot cheaper for a better cover, because 10 days after taking out the policy she got pancreatitis and she was so ill, but bought by many took her cost on I had to pay a small amount for it being so soon after I had taken the policy , but that was such a relief to me knowing Tia my springer was going to be looked after with the help of my vet and also the staff from Bought By Many, she is all better know so a big thankyou to all of you at Bought By Many Regards Tony and Tia Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Great insurance, with a choice to suit your pocket.

My pet is all I have, I shower her with love. Even if it only cost a penny, I would go with Bought By Many. They are my back up, should my pet take ill, And they are there, when she needs a pill. So Insurance can ease the pain, When my pet is ill again. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

I love their range of policies, it's great to be able to find insurance that fits what I want rather than having to make compromises. They are also reasonable in price. I've had no problems claiming although I do think that their claim process is quite slow and I wish that they did direct payments to the vet. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Never heard of this company but I can recommend now

I've never heard of this insurance company until I Brought home my 8 week old golden retriever and need insurance. I had recently signed up to a Facebook page for Golden Retriers so I thought I would ask other owners who they used. Several came back with Brought by Many so I decided I would get a quote. The website was really easy to navigate around and the price was competitive also. Sadly our worse nightmare happened when our fur baby suddenly became very poorly. The specialist vet charged me £18 to submit a claim to the company on my behalf so I jumped at the offer. A matter of days later the claim was approved and payment sent directly to the vets, which was such a relief. Unfortunately before we got to the super vets we had to use our local vet and this meant another bill to submit which they would not do for me. I logged into my account copied the bills over and that was it, so easy so I feel I could have saved the original £18. I cannot recommend this company highly enough I am just hoping that the renewal fee won't be silly money. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018
