Great customer service

Following a 69% increase in our Tesco’s pet insurance premium for our 2 year old beagle following a year of no claims we decided to look around for new lifetime cover. This time we were far more cautious and looked into the cover being offered by various companies. Bought by many met our requirements We were happy with the fact that they didn’t offer big discounts in the start of the policy and were happy to discuss the policy at length with us. They had a great policy which we would have taken if we were eligible which was a fixed cost for life but only available for dogs under 2 most definitely will go for this should we get another dog. The website is well laid out and easy to understand. All the jargon found on other sites is explained so you understand what you are buying from the beginning. It is transparent and friendly and customer service is excellent and professional. It is hassle free and as a first time buyer of insurance for my dog, I would highly recommend it. I love the free tips and advice also offered on the site such as ‘why does my dog eat grass?’ I did often wonder that! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Simple to set up, fantastic choice of policies. I have 2 cats and 1 dog insured and my monthly payment are less than the policies I had for my cats with Tesco. Customer service is really good and I have recommended bought by many to my friends Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018
