A great service for both animal and human

This company offers exceptional levels of cover to include pre-existing conditions. I was given excellent advice on which one to choose by more than one of the representatives. That led me to take out the best cover for my two standard poodles. I was treated with respect and courtesy and there seemed a genuine interest in my dogs. I have already recommended the company to several friends who are as pleased as I am with the excellent customer care and service, I particularly like the email alert before the payment due date. From the start when I first purchased my dogs insurance everyone has been so helpful. I then had to make a direct claim and this was done and completed straight away, making me feel less stressed.
