From signing up to completion of application the whole process was easy and understandable. I've not as yet had to 7se their claim service but I'm sure it will be just as easy to use. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Friendly, quick and helpful

From the start when I first purchased my dogs insurance everyone has been so helpful. I then had to make a direct claim and this was done and completed straight away, making me feel less stressed. I have recommended this to my friends and family and so far they have also taken out policy’s with you... Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Amazing, quick and easy

Both ourselves and our vet could not believe how quick and simple it is to make a claim we just email yourselves and you deal direct with the vet and we chose the no excess option, it’s great I wish my other policies were as good. Bought by many was easy to access, spoke in common sense language, had the right kind of product and was easy to sign up to.
