Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Recently had to claim for a castration complication, I was updated regularly, by text and email, to let us know how the claim was progressing, so no need for endless phone calls, found the service to be quick and efficient, thankyou the bought by many team, would highly recommend Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

I have had to make several claims for my dog. The process is very easy, customer service has been good. My claims have been met without problem.
