Really takes the stress out of claiming.

Really competitive monthly premiums with a brilliant level of cover. I have had to make several claims since my dog was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia & each time it is 1 easy phone call (have never been kept on hold either) and they then deal with the vet & pay them directly. Each time the call handler has been friendly, helpful & sympathetic. I am kept updated by text & email on the progress of the claim & informed when they have paid. Superb service, it really makes a stressful time less so. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

A lot cheaper than other insurances for but have not had to claim yet so cannot back this yet but if it is as good as I am told there should be no problems when I do have to Easy to set up with a monthly Direct Debit Value cannot be beaten Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

It was very easy and fast to sign up and process my application online. There was no need to make any phone calls and I could also ask questions online which were answered fast and professionally. The price for my pet insurance was very competitive and the level of cover is great. It's also very good that you can make a claim online if needed and they can pay your vet directly.
