As the title says, spent a fair bit of time looking around at renewal and kept coming back to these chaps. Good website, answered phones and questions quickly and courteously. Haven’t had a claim yet but impression so far is very good. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Helpful system which covers all my pets at good rates

The process of signing up was effortless. So was reassuring the insurance when i lost 1 pet and then gained a another. The level of cover seems healthy too and the process has left me with , peace of mind should the need for vets treatment arise. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Our dog had an accident 3 months after we started the insurance. They were very helpful , they dealt direct with hospital/vets, no forms to fill in and paid up very quickly. The insurance premium did not increase very much when it came to renewal. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
