Easy, fast & reliable

It was very easy and fast to sign up and process my application online. There was no need to make any phone calls and I could also ask questions online which were answered fast and professionally. The price for my pet insurance was very competitive and the level of cover is great. It's also very good that you can make a claim online if needed and they can pay your vet directly. Had been with Bought by Many for only a short time and had to make a claim.

My precious but elderly pooch had to have a necessary 'procedure' which I didn't have the cash to pay for. I applied to Bought by Many in the doubtful hope that my claim would be successful having been with them for such a short time. I'd borrowed the money from a friend to pay the vet's bill but really needed to pay it back to her as soon as posible. I was surprised but so relieved when Bought by Many honoured my claim and the application procedure was so simple and straightforward. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Pet insurance review.

We bought a German Shepherd and had been recommended to many insurers but we found the quotes very very expensive. I saw an advert on Facebook for bought by many and discovered that they a much more comprehensive policy for a much lower price. What I also liked was the willingness to include physio, hydrotherapy, more experimental therapies and prosthetics. I find this very reassuring and put my mind at ease.
