Had been with Bought by Many for only a short time and had to make a claim.

My precious but elderly pooch had to have a necessary 'procedure' which I didn't have the cash to pay for. I applied to Bought by Many in the doubtful hope that my claim would be successful having been with them for such a short time. I'd borrowed the money from a friend to pay the vet's bill but really needed to pay it back to her as soon as posible. I was surprised but so relieved when Bought by Many honoured my claim and the application procedure was so simple and straightforward. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Great range of options

At last a company that understands what pet owners want. After poor experiences elsewhere I was delighted by Bought by Many's Fixed for Life policy. The one claim I have had so far was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Pet insurance review.

We bought a German Shepherd and had been recommended to many insurers but we found the quotes very very expensive. I saw an advert on Facebook for bought by many and discovered that they a much more comprehensive policy for a much lower price. What I also liked was the willingness to include physio, hydrotherapy, more experimental therapies and prosthetics. I find this very reassuring and put my mind at ease. Excellent insurance and customer service is second to none

Simple, Affordable and Friendly

As the title says, spent a fair bit of time looking around at renewal and kept coming back to these chaps. Good website, answered phones and questions quickly and courteously. Haven’t had a claim yet but impression so far is very good. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Helpful system which covers all my pets at good rates

The process of signing up was effortless. So was reassuring the insurance when i lost 1 pet and then gained a another. The level of cover seems healthy too and the process has left me with , peace of mind should the need for vets treatment arise. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
