The website is so easy to use, so clear. The options of cover are very well explanied and reasonable, I specially congratulate Boughtbymany Pet Insurance on having one scheme that gives you money back if you do not have claims. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Applying for the insurance for our Labrador puppy was so quick and easy online. When we had a claim it was easily submitted online and dealt with very quickly with fantastic communication. A great insurance that I have already recommended. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

I am new to bought by many but purchasing was so easy. The level of cover for the price is value I just didn't expect. I had to claim and change my insurance policy when one of my dogs was run over...the ladies I spoke to were absolutely brilliant, lovely people who genuinely cared about my feelings and they sorted everything without making me go through all the details....I even got a handwritten sympathy card in the post a few days later. I have never experienced such a thoughtful insurance company before and I would recommend them to everybody. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

I cannot believe how much my pet insurance is. I never insured my older dogs because the quotes were so high. I got two rescue dogs and thought I best insure them as I did not know what they may have. No illnesses as it turns out. I looked at the obvious well known brands and could not afford them. I just about given up when I seen Brought By Many. The name intrigued me. I gave up on getting the dogs insured, but thought one last chance, I could not believe the quote I got. I now have two insured dogs. I have recommended people when they say they are looking for insurance. I will insure my dogs again if I get the fair quote I got this year. I am always weary of insurances due to them always trying to get out of paying back what they should. I never had such an issue with Bought by Many. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
