The company I previously used to insure my 3 year old cocker spaniel had become outrageously expensive so I decided it was time for a change. After a quick Google search I came across Bought By Many and was amazed - exactly the same insurance for a third of the price. And a very easy and straightforward process to join up too. I love the fact I can just phone or email you to say my pet has had treatment and you just contact the vet and do everything. Very quick and simple. No silly forms! Staff very helpful and saved me a small fortune having 2 dogs on one policy! Thankyou Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Love the thinking behind Bought By Many. Now have all my pets insured with them. Two dogs and three cats. Love the options available as I never claim for isolated treatment. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

I found this site on line. Took out the policy on line terms and conditions were easy and transparent. Unfortunately I had to claim but the whole process was so smooth and straightforward with helpful staff. Completely painless at a time of stress and worrying. So far so good, we have 2 young rottweilers and the girl has gone lame. so far she has had xrays (claim settled straight away) now shes had c.t scan for same problem..claim pending. But to speak as i find. excellent value for the cover and lovely customer service staff to deal with (rare these days) they are a credit to the company. thank you for a good value product. would quite happily switch all my insurance to these guys Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

With an ageing dog, it was very difficult to find pet insurance for my elderly mother but then I heard about Bought by Many. Their representatives were very helpful and the quote was half what other companies were charging, with added incentives. Hopefully they are leading the way with a new form of insurance by making insurance affordable for the masses. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

We chose Bought By Many pet insurance because they offered a fixed premium for life option. Also the application process was quick and easy. Four stars only because we haven't experienced the claims process. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
