I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Had to get a behaviourist for my dog claim was paid within two days. I have also used the online vet facility when I had an emergency at the weekend. It was excellent and gave me peace of mind. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Slow to pay, but provide good cover.

Took a long time to pay out on my dog's knee operation, but when they did pay out they included all her medication and follow up appointments so that was good. I also really like that they cover physiotherapy and hydrotherapy as that has been important for my dog. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
