Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I really do think Many Pets are a great company

Many Pets is a great pet insurance provider. I'm on my second cat insured with them and have had nothing but positive experiences. My last cat Frankie was very ill for the last year of her life, there were lots of vet and hospital trips and countless medicines. Plus, it was lockdown and I lived alone, so it was a lot to deal with. The claims process being as easy as it is and the fact you can speak to a real, friendly person if you need to call are both key factors for me and is what made me come back when I was ready to cat-love again. Bella is young and healthy and I've not had to make any claims for her so far thankfully but I get rewarded for that with money-back and I know that if/when she ever needs care, it will be fine. Good overall..

Stress free insurance for you and your Pets

Over more than 20 years Many Pets is my 3rd different insurance company- I wish they had been the first and only one - both the other top companies left me with debt and never lived up to what had been promised. So to be part of the Many Pets family has really taken the stress out of being insured - it is easy to claim and understand at every stage what is going on and when I lost one of my 3 Maltese they were so kind and made everything much easier to deal with - they offer more fore your money and have many extra's- also they dealt with the change over from my last company which was a great help - you do not have to stay with a company that you are unhappy with - don’t think twice about changing companies just pick up the phone and Many Pets will do the rest for you and continue to give you a stress free time when you need them - my score is 12 out of 10. Good value cover

I’ve had an older cat insured with many pets on a ‘cashback’ policy (where you get cashback if you’ve made no claims that year) for a few years. I transferred two kittens over this year as the previous insurer had doubled the cost for renewal: I now have all 3 insured for less than that company was asking for 2! Excellent value cover, and the options were clearly explained to me on the phone. I’ve never had to make a claim so can’t comment on that. My one caveat was that I was quoted a very high sum to change the direct debit date by a day - it just wasn’t worth it so I’ve kept the previous slightly inconvenient date. But generally good value.
