Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

great pet insurance that is simple to understand

Prompt responses, have paid out all of our claims and are really easy to get hold of - when I’ve called they’ve picked up basically instantaneously and have been super helpful with all of my queries! The insurance has been simpler than other pet insurers, and I feel like I could make a clam for my cats if they needed help.
