Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Many Pets

Friendly and knowledgable staff on the phone, makes the process 10 times easier. Only issue I have is that they do not allow you to change your monthly direct debit date once you have signed up. I wanted to move mine to payday but for some reason you aren’t allowed to change the date. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
