Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best pet insurance I have taken out

I haven’t had to claim but I get regular emails with interesting and informative content. I also have made use of some of the perks they offer, such as a complimentary dental clean and discounted food with Different Dog. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

So quick and easy to claim.

I've thankfully only had to use their claim service once but the process was so easy. All done online in a few minutes and it was paid out the next day. Was very impressed. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
